My research: My current work is to create experiences and opportunities for communities to interact with scientists and science topics in the field of agriculture including my favorite- insects!

What do you typically eat for breakfast? If I eat breakfast it's typically a granola bar or a smoothie.

What is your favorite snack or candy? ice cream

What is your favorite spice? cinnamon

What is one food you absolutely dislike? Believe it or not - chicken!

What is one of your favorite dishes? Enchiladas. You can do so many different things with enchiladas. You can vary the meat or veggies in them, the sauce that goes on them and add any toppings you want as well. The variations are almost endless and up to the chef to decide what they or their guests would enjoy the most.
