I grew up next door to my grandmother and she and I were very close. I spent large portions of my childhood reading or playing her kitchen while she cooked. This was one of my favorite things that she made, and now I make it all the time for my family while my children read or play nearby. It's easy, delicious, and it feeds my soul.

Ingredients

• 1 stick butter
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 large can creamed corn
• 2 eggs
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 3 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix

Protocol

1. Melt butter in a 9x13 pan.
2. Mix all other ingredients and pour over melted butter.
3. Bake uncovered for 25-30 min.
4. Enjoy!
